SNC Membe News
Community Outreach
At the May 14, 2009 luncheon, SNC presented Terry Stottlemyer and Madeline Brogan of Mothers Helping Mothers
(pictured second and third from the left in the photo below) with a check denoting proceeds collected during the
previous year's SNC raffles and group events.  According to Terry and Madeline,
Mothers Helping Mothers is able to
assist approximately 2,500 area families a year with contributions from organizations like SNC.
Also pictured are a number of the 28 SNC members (and their
spouses) who collectively donated over 435 hours in the past year to
not only organize items donated to
Mothers Helping Mothers, but
also to computerize the non-profit organization's client records.

The need is ongoing!  Items provided by
Mothers Helping Mothers
to local families include baby cribs, diapers, clothing, crisis assistance,
school supplies, personal hygiene items and more.

Volunteers and donated items are always needed!
